To begin the new year, Rocio and her co-founders hosted a small vision board gathering to set intentions and dream aloud. What they expected to be a small, heartfelt event, quickly turned into something much more. The energy in the room was electric-filled with laughter, tears, and encouragement. Women left feeling renewed, inspired, and connected. That day confirmed what they already sensed in their hearts; There is a deep need for women to gather, grow, and be reminded that they are not alone.

What began as a simple conversation grew in to a shared vision — to create a space where women could connect openly, support one another, and rebuild their confidence together.

Since then, I AM She has continued to grow — hosting uplifting events, workshops, and themed experiences that help women form meaningful connections and rediscover their strength. Many attendees rarely miss an opportunity to return, eager to learn, share, and support one another .

As a newly formed nonprofit, I AM She is expanding its reach by adding more purpose -filled events and partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations who share a passion for empoweriwngwomenand giving back to local communities.

What started as one woman’s moment of vulnerability has become a movement of women choosing to rise together — with hope, purpose, and sisterhood.
